Elizabeth A. Castro is a passionate speaker, educator, and advocate who has spent more than 25 years leading from the middle—across classrooms, federal offices, and nonprofit boardrooms. As a military spouse, she’s lived the reality of constant reinvention and built her leadership voice from the ground up.
After years of watching military spouses be praised as resilient but rarely resourced, Liz created RISE—a leadership framework and personal mission to help others reclaim their identity, name their strengths, and lead with intention.
RISE—Recognize, Imagine, Show Up, Engage—is a call to action for anyone who has ever felt unseen or underestimated.
Liz believes we don’t need to wait for systems to change before we claim our space. Our stories, lived experiences, and quiet strength are exactly what today’s leadership landscape needs. She leads with empathy, clarity, and conviction—helping others rise alongside her.
